What an amazing song! I smiled with tears in my eyes through the whole song. You have a hit here, for sure!
Thanks for sharing! As I listen to this song it made my day brighter.
I'm choosing it as our wedding song!
I loved that song you brought tears to my eyes and only god does that but you did it with your song. You need to keep singing.
Wayne Powell has been around creating high quality audio performances and albums with original music for over 30 years.
What makes Wayne's sound so unique? Well, he founded the Hawaiian Shamanic Bodywork School, he’s a published author of Hawaiian Shamanistic Healing, has lived much of his adult life in Kauai, and has dedicated his life's work to being in service writing songs for healing and spreading the Way of Aloha to the world through his books, workshops, albums, and music. He loves to play covers of many of the Hawaiian greatest hits.
Music was always a gift and heart-centered passion he loved to give, but it always took a side bar to his duty to heal and train people. Now, with divine timing and a push from the Universe, Wayne has fully immersed himself in his heavenly artistry and found himself 'trusting love' as he passionately sings his way around the world, sharing his medicine with music and talk-story wisdom.
Wayne’s songs are filled with the natural elements of nature’s exquisite beauty. His heart lives there as he plays and sings. The trees, the sun, the ocean, and the wind, are all within his music as he opens his heart and shares it so generously. Wayne brings the sacred mystery of life into our awareness more fully through lyric, melody, harmony and exquisite soundscapes that invoke a profound love for all of life as a precious living being.
His songs support the infinite grandeur that lives within creation and his lyrics promote the soul’s evolution from romantic love into impersonal love which is Divine. His primary joy is to bring more peace into the world with music.
Wayne writes from his heart and has been influenced by the Beatles, Eagles, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, so he has a whole folk/country/rock 70s vintage catalog of original songs. He has also been inspired by Kenny Rankin’s 40s style of smooth romantic jazz with a male vocal, so you will also find that influence in his music.
Many of Wayne's songs are designed to create healing 'trances' that elevate you above human suffering to acknowledge and feel your own divinity. Some folks have experienced 'tears of joy', while letting in the Love embedded within his music. We invite you to Indulge in these original sounds and songs inspired by the Hawaiian way of ALOHA NUI (Great Love).

I loved the tracks on Sailing Home. Congratulations it’s a great EP.
The guitar work is stellar. Is that you on guitar, or someone else?
I think my favorites were cut number two and cut number three. The horn arrangement was very nice, and your voice is superb throughout. I love the jazz flavors of the cuts.
Congratulations on an overall success."

I gotta share something.. I’ve been quiet about your music (15 years)
When I heard the first CD you gave me it made me cringe.
I was concerned about your recoding artist dream.
But this latest offering is polished! Your music is sounding real good man.
The composition and blending is seamless, the production of those 5 samples are pro. Good for you! And i would be looking you up if I ever wanted to record. You’ve pulled it all together so nicely.
Shame that Im not into country music so I didn’t add them to my playlist, but I’m sure country fans will. I like the deer skin drum at the start of ‘Universe We Are’ though. But that’s only a personal taste thing, you cannot please everyone!!!
Your dream is manifesting well now. Happy for you!
Blessings to you!"
